It was a really nice day I spent with Valentin - chatting and paragliding.
Hopefully we can do a repetition of this nice feeling gliding trough the air…..whet ever combined with rock climbing or simply with a coffe or a beer :)

Lisa: Always up for it again!

Yep, never trust the weather forecast - rather listen to those Swiss guys knowing their country.

What a great day I had joining Valentin and some of the people he introduced me to: Sun - sunburn - high talks haha - increasing knowledge - and of course, hanging around and relaxing!! I potentially get infected by those wide views and the sky. Thank you for showing me and a good time spent together! Always up for it again!

Olaf: I can really recommend to go flying with…

We spent a great day in the area of Interlaken together with two of his paragliding friends. Highlight of the day was a tandem flight together with Valentin, starting on top of the Beatenberg and landing in Unterseen next to Lake Thun. Vy and Cecilia: We loved every bit of it!

My friend Cecilia and me paraglided with Valentin and his friend in Murren, awesomest thing we’ve done in Switzerland so far! The view is amazing in the valley between ski mountains; Valentin is super fun and relax, and knows extremely well what he’s doing. We had a good time drinking kaffe lutz at Hooters afterwards too. Definitely recommended to paraglide with!!

Thank you so much for today, it was amazing!! We loved every bit of it!

How can I register?
- You can send me an email ([email protected]) or you can directly call me.

How long before do I have to register?
- In the high season I recommend to reserve in time (2 days in advance) to avoid waiting time.

How old may I be, in order to be able to enjoy a tandem flight?
- The age does not matter, as long as you are fit and can make some fast steps. Therefore stands nothing in the way to do a tandem flight.

How young do I have to be?
- Legally there is no age restriction for passengers. I fly with our small guests starting from a weight of 20 kg. For children and young people up to the age ofl 18 the signature of parents or educate-entitled on the plane ticket is required.

How heavy may I be?
- I fly with passengers from 20kg to 130kg.

Do I have to be sporty?
- If you can make some fast steps and you do not have heavy chronic illnesses, nothing stands in the way to do a tandem flight. When you have heart illnesses or other sickness, the pilot has to be informed about it before the flight.

I have elevator fear, can I nevertheless fly?
- Many pilots have elevator fear, the feeling to look down from a tower or a rock edge, which pulls it downward. With the paraglider this fear is as blown away, as soon as you lose the contact from the ground. The fear to fall disappears and you then can enjoy the flight.

How long does a tandem flight last?
- A flight depends on the weather and lasts approx. 15min. With good thermal conditions such a flight can be expanded to 30-40min. For the whole flight ramp, preparation, takeoff, flight and landing you must count 1.5 - 2 hours.

Can I steer the paraglider myself?
- If you want to steer the paraglider during the flight, ask our pilot. If the conditions allow it, you can fly.

How is the landing with a tandem paraglider?
- The pilot will fly over the landing strip to reduce the hight, now he steers the paraglider to the opposit approach, transverse approach and to the final approach. In the final approach you must make some fast steps depending upon wind. The more wind the slower and more gently the landing becomes.

Can I photograph or film during the flight?
- You can document the flight with your own camera. Some passengers are however so concentrated with the event that they do not receive much from the actual experience. I offer a photo service to you with video and photographs during the flight for a specific amount. After the flights, the pictures are burned on a CD and given to you straight away.

Can I fly with friends and/or relatives at the same time?
- You have the possibility to fly at the same time with friends and/or relatives.

- Are eyeglasses or contact contacts a problem while paragliding?

No, you can carry your optical eyeglasses or contact lenses. I recommend, however, additionally sun glasses because there’s the wind (ca.35km/h) and the strong sun which can disturbe you.

When is the best season to fly?
- Most pleasant times for passengers are the warm seasons. At this time the landscape are very delightful, juicy forests, deep blue lakes … In addition, in winter it can be very impressive to fly over the snow-covered landscape.

Is paragliding dangerous?
- The paraglider is beeing developed in the last decades to a safe aircraft. For tandem flights only simple and very safe gliders are used. These offer to everyone to fly in the hands of reliable and experienced pilots. A certain rest risk is not to be prevented as with all kinds of sport, most injuries (verse dipping, bruise) happen with the takeoff run.

How does it look with the insurance?
- Insurance is the matter of the participants.

How long is my voucher valid?
- Vouchers are 1 year valid starting from the date of issue.

Is my coupon transferable?
- Vouchers are not named and transferable.

Gliding flight up to 800 meters of elevation
- Flight duration 5 - 10 minutes; depending on the height, upwind conditions and the flight maneuvers
- Price: CHF 120,00 *

Gliding flight starting from 800 meters of elevation
- Flight duration 10 - 15 minutes; depending on the height, upwind conditions and the flight maneuvers
- Price: CHF 140,00 *

Thermal flight
- Flight duration 15 - 30 minutes; depending on the height, upwind conditions and the flight maneuvers
- Price: CHF 180,00 *

Whole day
- Here a full day will be flown. Basically the customer is free in the organization of his flight daily. The pilot, however, reserves himself the right to interrupt at any time the tandem flight day according to the rule “Safety First”.
- Price: CHF 480,00 *

Group flights
- I offer as well the possibility to fly in a group. Here all participants are at the same time in the air.
- Price: 10 - 20% discount; starting from 3 persons *

Pictures
- If the conditions allow it, pictures and maybe a little movie can be taken during the flight with an automatic shutter. After the flight thy will be burned to a CD so that you immediately have them available.
- Price: CHF 30,00 per flight

* Transportation for passenger and pilot is not included in the price (approximately CHF 20.00 per person)
